I’m about to say something that might make you throw something at your screen. Are you ready? Here goes… It is totally doable to lose weight fast pretty easily. Let me explain. It’s pretty easy on a scientific level, however we are not lab rats. We are humans with emotions and desires that sometimes “fail”. It’s not easy to eat 100% clean or to workout for an hour every single day. None of us are perfect but I am going to tell you the two easiest ways to lose weight quickly. Like 10lbs in 3 weeks, quickly.
But first, I want you to understand where I’m coming from. I’m just a girl who has spent way more time than I care to admit thinking that I should lose some weight. But you wanna know what I want more? To relax on my couch. To eat a cheeseburger/onion rings/soda/ice cream fast food meal. My love for food and dislike for exercise almost always outweighs my desire to lose weight. I bet you can guess how that leaves me feeling. Hint: not good.
I’ve “tried to lose weight” and have “failed” so many times. This is because I’ve either been too drastic with my approach and give up right away, or too relaxed about it that I didn’t see results… And gave up. When I say I’ve tried it all, I mean it. I’ve tried all sorts of diets and workout regimes and I’m not saying that nothing had the potential to work, I’m saying they were either unattainable or ineffective for me. Either I gave up because it was too hard or I gave up because I didn’t see results.
